CRICKET WORLD CUP 2015
Mahi’s
Army: Jadeja, Binny, Akshar in and Yuvraj out
World cup is around the corner. India has finally revealed
its top 15 players who will be appearing in World cup 2015. These players will
be putting their sweat to not let go the trophy from India. Sandeep Patel along
with five community members gave the name of the players. Team under the
captaincy of Mahendera singh Dhoni will have left hand spinner Akshar Patel,
recovering from his shoulder injury Ravendera Jadeja, Struet Binny, Shikhar
Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Ambati Raidu,
spinner R.Ashwin and four fast bowler Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav, Bhuvneshawar
Kumar and Mohammad Shammi.
Ravendra Jadeja is currently injured and he will be
fully recovered in ten days. Now, the question arises that Yuvraj Singh who
scored three back to back centuries in Ranjhi Trophy and ‘Man of the Tournament
of ICC World Cup 2011’ is not in the team. What is the reason behind it?? Even Ravendra
Jadeja has a fixed position in team then why the man who was partially
responsible for India winning world cup 2011 is shown the way out of team. Is
this the end of the Yuvraj’s ODI currier as National Player? Was there any
partiality for selecting the team? Why
Mahendra Singh Dhoni did not selected the team member?
Another shocking fact, Murli Vijay and Robin Uthapa
is not the part of World Cup Team. Struet Binny who is the son of Robert Binny
the Ex-Cricketer who was also the part of World Cup Team 1983, one of the team
selectors has a role behind it. They are the first Father-Son duo who made it
to the world cup team.
The little Master Sunil Gavasakar said the Indian
batting is very strong and the regarding the bowlers,if they bowls on the Australian
pitch accurately results will be shown. He said that Yuvraj is still 33-34
years old and he has a lot of potential in it and he will come back with a bang
for sure, when asked about Yuvraj not being the part of world cup 2015.
Considering the situations, it can be assumed that
Dhoni wanted a team of young players who can face the challenges of the
matches. May be he can show them a way to how to play under pressure in World
Cup circumstances. After all there are chances of Mahendra Singh Dhoni retiring
from One Day Cricket after he retired from the Test Cricket. He announced his
retirement in the ongoing test series between Australia and India. He was the
Captain for 2nd and 3rd Test Match. Virat Kohli being the
captain for 1st and last matches of the test series.
Hope India will again hold the Winner’s Trophy or
its time for new champions.
R.I.P
Philip Hughes
Australia has declared its innings at a very good
score. David Warner is being the star batsman in the entire series. He scored
the third century in the series. It was very overwhelming for David Warner for
batting on this ground. Once he was the co batsman of the Philip Hughes who
dies due to hit of a ball in November, 2014 during a test match. David warner
was seen very much in control of his emotions and he scored another century. At
63, David warner took off his helmet, bowed down and kissed the ground to pay
regards to his fellow player Philip, who was batting at 63 when he was hit by
the ball. Before starting the match, the Australian Team paid their tribute to
Hughes.
