NEED OF DIGITAL CONNECTIVITY IN INDIAN YOUTH
Indian Prime Minister is making another efforts get
to know his country students by taking interest in their fields. After having a
face to face talk with teachers as well as students on Teacher’s Day i.e 5th
Sept 2014, he is set to another agenda to get along with his country students.
It was the First time that in Indian History that Prime Minister talked live to
the schools and all the country schools were given a privilege to witness him
putting sincere efforts in student field.
Recently he attended a Science Congress. He mainly
focused on the need of having digital connectivity a basic right for the
school. Instead of repetitive process of school education he showed the need to
make the education more creative.

Narendra Modi said the education field of science
and mathematics should be more realistic, stimulating and creative. He also
told to make the best of Internet by keeping the researches, Inventions and
other scientific necessities in the direct access of the students and youth. "Digital
connectivity should become as much a basic right as access to school,"
Modi said, while inaugurating the 102nd Indian Science Congress in Mumbai.
Modi also said to make the scope broad of science
and technology. Science and Technology is generally focused on the government
agencies.PM actually stressed to make the investment more specific in other
fields also. The university system in India, Modi said, must be placed at the
cutting edge of the research and development activities in the country.
He had played a major role to make India worthwhile
in front of other countries. On Global Level, PM has sought some scientists to
work in collaboration in some specific areas like clean energy, agriculture,
biotechnology, medicine and healthcare. In order to face the challenges which
world is shoving on India is actually making its own place, With excellent
partnerships and expertise offers to neighbors and developing countries India
will make its place in digital connectivity very soon."
"For a safe, sustainable, prosperous future for
India, or global leadership in a knowledge and technology intensive world, we
need to put science, technology and innovation at the top of national
priorities," the prime minister concluded.
The research papers will be presented at the
University of Mumbai by scientists and Nobel laureates across the world. The
conference will come to an end on 7th January2015 after all the presentations
will be over. As the Science Congress returns to Mumbai after 45 years, the
emphasis will be on showcasing the city as a science hub as well as being the
financial capital of India.
