Government did not accept the request to release the Sikh terrorist
Government
did not approve the Sikh terrorists’ bails that were found guilty. Today the
chief minister of Punjab Mr.Parkash Singh Badal and vice chief minister, his
son Mr.Sukhbir Singh Badal requested the central government to bail the Sikh
terrorists as they were in jail since a long time. According to media Parkash
Singh Badal and his son today met the Minister of Hone affairs Mr.Rajnath Singh
and requested him that they should give bail to the murderers of previous chief
minister of Punjab Mr.Beant Singh and other 13 Sikh terrorists.
Mr.Rajnath only told him that this case should be investigated before
bail. Mr.Parkash Singh Badal also requested Mr.Rajnath that they should only
give bail to those Khalistani terrorists who are getting old and their eyesight
is becoming very low. After meeting the members, parliament disapproved the
request for bail .Members also said that, “Only old prisoner who completed their
20 years in jail will be investigated for choose matters and those terrorist
which were found highly guilty should be disapproved for bail". One Member of
Parliament said that there is no mercy for terrorist and strict to strict
punishment will be given to them. No promise will be given to Parkash and
Sukhbir Badal for the bail. Members also said that the murderers of Beant Singh
will never given bails and no question will arise for their bail. Pervious
member of "Babbar khalsa international" Mr.Gurmeet Singh cum Jagtar
Singh (Tara) was arrested from an area in Thailand. In 1995 Jagtar Singh and
another 17 people was found guilty for the murder of Beant Singh and they were
sent to jail for lifetime but jagtar Singh ran away from the jail in
Chandigarh. Today Parkash Singh Badal and head of gurudwara Mr.Avtar Singh
Makkar gave a letter to Home minister for the bail of Sikh terrorist. In this
letter Mr.Parkash wrote the bail request for Lakhwinder Singh, Shamsher Singh
and other 13 terrorists which were in jail. In this conversation the Bhartiya
Janta Party said that they were not in the favor of terrorist and another 13
people who were found guilty in the murder of beant Singh.....
